The entire Nordstrom family is an inspiration to me–but as the patriarch over the past few decades Bruce Nordstrom cultivated and set the tone and the commitment to an unmatched culture at Nordstrom. I have never seen any other that measures up to the commitment to its staff, its customers and its communities. He was an amazing man.
