During my time as Store Manager of Store 1, I had the honor of hosting New Hire Experience with Mr. Bruce, Hearing him share our culture and history was incredibly moving every time. He would close it out with extending himself and encouraging our new employees to work hard, smile and be kind to others. His zest for the business came through in every interaction. I fondly remember he’d greet me in the store with, “Hello boss”, a big infectious smile on his face and sharing his two cents.
