Mr. Nordstrom made it possible for so many people to have a career at Nordstrom. Not only was he a Trail Blazer and a Shoe Dog, but he also made it possible for people like me to have a career. I am grateful and honored to have met Mr. Bruce and his sons. There is definitely an attachment to Nordstrom because I feel as if most of what I have learned about the servicing of people, started with the “Nordstrom’ ” Family.”
