How do I start, Mr Bruce was a part of my Nordstrom Journey, Now retired after 40 years. I was the Operator for store 1 for over 10 years and clearly built a bond. Once we were going to move to the Frederick and Nelson building I asked if I could have a memory. He somehow got a screwdriver and pried off the N from his door to his office but also gave me the little brass n from the old days,Still have both to this day. I told him I learned how to like coffee and Married the love of my life who I met at Nordstrom. (yes we are Still married today) I came to Nordstrom as a 20 years old, But grew so much because of his heart,
